Parent’s Meeting / A.G.M: Friday 16th October O’Donovans Bar, South Main Street Bandon 8pm. It is important that all members be represented at this meeting. New committee will be elected at this meeting to run pony club for the next 3 years.

Beach Ride: Saturday 31st October 11am at Harbour View Kilbrittain. Adult mounted helpers welcome. Voluntary donation €20.

Halloween Party: Friday, 30th October. West Cork Equine Centre, 7pm. Fancy dress and Games on foot. Free night. No ponies required.

Teagasc Equine Demonstration: Thursday, 29th October, 7pm, Maryville Stables Carrigaline. Free admission.

Irish Draught Information Night: Ballybrack Equestrian Centre, Friday, November 13th. Talk on dentistry, veterinary, nutrition, sales turnout etc. Free admission.

Minimus Cross Country Training: will be arranged over midterm. Please contact Con O’Sullivan, 023-8843366, if interested.

Pony Club Annual: Articles now being accepted from members. Contact Susan McCarthy, 023-8841877.

‘D/D+ Rallies’: Friday, November 6th & 13th. West Cork Equine Centre, 7pm. Please book with Con O’Sullivan, 023-8843366, at least 3 days in advance. Cost: €15.

C/C+/B Tests:We are currently compiling a list of those interested in doing these tests. We will be taking names at the annual parents meeting. C test will be held in early 2010. C+ test will be held before Camp 2010 if there are a sufficient number of members interested. B test will most likely be held in August 2010. Please put your names down so we can arrange the appropiate training.
