Showing Rally: The show season has commenced with Bandon Show this Sunday, May 21st. We are staging a showing and turn-out rally for all those interested in showing. This will be held at the West Cork Equine Centre, Friday, 19th May, 6.30-7.30pm. Cost €15. Please book with Connie O’Sullivan, 023-43366, ASAP.

D, D+ Rally: West Cork Equine Centre. Friday, 19th May & 2nd June, 7.30-9pm.Cost €15. This is open to all new members and those preparing for the ‘D and D+’ test. Achievement badges will be presented to those who attend at least 3 rallies. Test will be arranged before Camp. Please book with Connie O’Sullivan, 023-43366, ASAP.

Games Rally: West Cork Equine Centre. Friday June 16th, 7-8.30pm. Cost €15. Open to all members. Please book at least 3 days in advance with Connie O’Sullivan, 023- 43366.

‘B’ Stable Management: Captain’s Cross, Clonakilty. Saturday, 27th May & 17th June 2.00-3.30pm.. Cost: €15. Please book at least 3 days in advance with Maureen O’Donovan, 023-44924.

‘B’ Rally: Wednesday, June 21st, Bawnea, Kilbrittain. 2.00-4.00pm. Please book with Anne O’Connor, 023-49887, at least 3 days in advance. Cost to be decided.

C Rally: West Cork Equine Centre. Friday, 26th May & 9th June, 7-8.30pm. Cost €15. Please book at least 3 days in advance with Connie O’Sullivan, 023-43366.
Please note that attendance at three rallies will not suffice in preparation for the ‘C’ test, which will be held later this year.

Minimus & ‘C+’ Cross Country Training: Wednesday, 17th, 24th May and 7th June. Copithorns, Kinsale. 6.30-8.00pm approx. Please book with Yvonne Murphy, 021-4775957. Cost to be arranged. Further training, ie swimming and running, to be arranged.

Dressage Training for combined training and hunter trials will be arranged for the month of June. Contact Anne O’Connor, 023-49887, if interested

Camp 2006: July 3rd-7th, West Cork Equine Centre. You will shortly be receiving your Camp forms, please return ASAP. Cut-Off date will be Friday, June 9th, no applications accepted after this date. As the permanent stables are limited to 30, these will be drawn from applications received by the above date at an Open Meeting. Temporary stables may also be provided, however, if these are to be provided, parents must arrange to supervise and co-ordinate feeding times - morning and evening.
As we have had to book our instructors, places will be limited this Camp, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Tack Sheets: These will be issued shortly for the various disciplines. Parents are reminded to read and keep these safely, to refer to as necessary.

Congratulations to Emily O’Mahony, who represented Carbery Pony Club at the recent National Hunter Trials held at Gurteen.
