• Special Notice: With Camp fast approaching, we would like to remind you that we will be looking for help during the week from parents to supply mid-morning refreshments and lunchtime supervision. We would also like to remind parents that small children must be supervised at all times, ie at Camp and rallies. Please note that ponies will not be fed mid-day. Feeding times, morning and evening, will be coordinated for safety reasons.
• Parents, please remember that younger members may need help with their ponies.

• Camp: Please read the enclosed Camp sheet. As we have a limited number of permanent stables, we would encourage as many as possible to travel -or- keep ponies on grass. A draw for the permanent stabling will be made on June 20th at O’Donovan’s Bar (formerly Bidie Walsh’s), South Main Street, Bandon, at 9pm.
• All cups are to be returned prior to Camp

• Best of Luck to our two Minimus Teams who will be competing at the National Championships in Waterford on June 17th-18th.

• D, D+ Test: West Cork Equine Centre. Friday, 23rd June, 7-9pm.Cost €20. Members must be a minimum of 8 years old to participate in ‘D’ Test and minimum 10 years to sit their ‘D+‘ test and must have attended at least three rallies. Please book with Connie O’Sullivan, 023-43366, by Tuesday, 20th June.

• Games Rally: West Cork Equine Centre. Friday June 16th, 7-8.30pm. Cost €15. Open to all members. Please book at least 3 days in advance with Connie O’Sullivan, 023- 43366.

• Games Practice: Wednesday, 21st June, 7-9pm. This is in preparation for the Under 10s -and- Junior Area Qualifiers which will be held on June 24th at Charleville Show. Please book at least 3 days in advance with Connie O’Sullivan, 023- 43366.

• Dressage Rally for Combined Training & Horse Trials: Friday, June 16th at Bawnea House, Kilbrittain, 6.30pm-8.00pm. Please book with Anne O’Connor, 023-49887, at least 3 days in advance. Cost: €15.

• ‘B’ Stable Management: Captain’s Cross, Clonakilty. Saturday, 17th June, 2.00-3.30pm.. Cost: €15. Please book at least 3 days in advance with Maureen O’Donovan, 023-44924.

• ‘B’ Rally: Wednesday, June 21st, Bawnea, Kilbrittain. 2.00-4.00pm. Please book with Anne O’Connor, 023-49887, at least 3 days in advance. Cost to be decided.

• ‘C‘ & ‘C+’ Test and Road Safety Rally & Test will be arranged at a later date

• Eventing Trainer Rodger Brown will be in West Cork on June 30th - July 4th. Anyone interested in training please contact Anne O’Connor, 023-49887 .

• Ballindenisk One Day Event: Sunday, June 25th. Entries to Connie O’Sullivan, 023-43366, ASAP. Entries to include pony’s passport name, colour, height, rider’s name and class entered.
